This special Our Montana license plate is adorned with our State Flower, the Bitterroot, and our State Bird, the Western Meadowlark. Barbara Scheppele of Cooper Creative in Billings is the graphic designer. The mountains in the background are from an aerial photograph by Larry Mayer, award-winning chief photographer of the Billings Gazette. Connect, Inc. has generously provided the capital resources.
